Temporary exhibitions represent a significant opportunity to design environments and workshop-based activities with a scientific focus, capable of sparking curiosity about the natural sciences, stimulating and promoting processes of knowledge dissemination, and raising awareness of geodiversity and biodiversity.
The participatory approach is both a defining feature of these initiatives and a direction for future development: the pleasure of learning together with others becomes a condition for well-being, a disposition toward learning in the present and for the future, and a form of active citizenship.
